We spent a day with a doctor in northern #Syria. His passion and responsibility have no limits: “Above all, I am a doctor, a Syrian physician. Regardless of anything, I provide humanitarian service at all times and my motivation is a humanitarian one,” says Dr. Muhammad, who has been practising medicine continuously and resisting all kinds of security and political situations in #Syria to do so… now with COVID-19. In Dr.Muhammad’s hospital, they had to receive COVID-19 patients along with other patients, until PIN designed and built an ICU in his hospital, with 22 beds in 457 m². Déprime, lassitude, isolement, perte de sens, de motivation dans leurs études… Les étudiants sont en grande détresse psychologique et financière. Si des aides se sont rapidement mis en place ces derniers mois, comme des aides alimentaires et psychologiques, ces jeunes restent néanmoins très seuls et se sentent “sacrifiés”. Trois étudiantes témoignent de leur quotidien en temps de crise sanitaire.
