Powered by AWS, the Local Risk Index, a powerful tool included on the CV19 Lab Testing Dashboard powered by hc1 (https://cv19dashboard.org), delivers at-a-glance analysis of accelerating or decelerating COVID-19 infection rates by county and Public Use Microdata Area (PUMA).
The CV19 Lab Testing Dashboard powered by hc1 is a free public health service for individuals directly involved with implementing policies and delivering care to mitigate the spread of COVID-19. Included are public health officials, government agencies, and healthcare providers.
All trends in the dashboard are based on de-identified, aggregated data in accordance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) privacy requirements. Accredited COVID-19 testing labs are encouraged to learn more and support this important public health initiative by visiting https://cv19dashboard.org/join.html.
Q/A on How to Fix COVID-19 Testing with Dr. Mina: Cheap, At Home, Rapid Antigen Tests
We’re excited to have Dr. Mina from the Harvard T.H Chan School of Public Health on MedCram to answer questions about innovative COVID-19 testing – and learn more about how cheap, at-home, rapid COVID-19 paper antigen tests could allow schools and more parts of our communities to open up in a significantly safer way. We’ll be reading your comments (from Update 98, and at MedCram.com) for COVID-19 testing questions to ask Dr. Mina. Please watch MedCram Update 98 for context on Dr. Mina’s work: https://youtu.be/h7Sv_pS8MgQ

Conversation on Wildlife and COVID-19
An online conversation featuring our scientists, lawyers and political experts discussing the intersection of the extinction crisis and pandemic.
COVID-19 is exposing the linkages between the global wildlife trade, consumption of wildlife, and human intrusion into wildlife habitat. The multibillion-dollar wildlife trade is driving species from pangolins to giraffes toward extinction. During our conversation you’ll learn more about the work of our International Program to protect wildlife globally, fight extinction and rein in wildlife trade.
We may be isolated in our homes, but that doesn’t mean we can’t stay connected. We need each other now more than ever.
