Minimalism has changed my life. I look back to where I was a year ago and I realize that a lot of the growth and abundance (non-material) in my life is the result of adopting a minimalist mindset and lifestyle. There are so many misconceptions and myths surrounding minimalism, so in this video I’m debunking 5 of them and then sharing the top 5 benefits that I have reaped ever since becoming a minimalist.
