Director Brick is wearing a black jacket and a black fedora hat. He is standing in front of the Maryland State House with red bricks and white columns. He signs, “Governor Hogan just completed his press conference this morning. He answered some questions from reporters. Here are some updates: Maryland now has 37 confirmed COVID-19 cases across 10 counties in the state. There is a new website with map updates of current cases: coronavirus.maryland.gov. Governor Larry Hogan announced an executive order for the closure of restaurants, bars, movies, gyms, casinos, and racetracks to avoid large crowds of people. Restaurant take-outs or deliveries will remain open. Grocery stores, hospitals, and pharmacies will remain open. For children who need meals, 138 centers will be open across the state to provide these meals. He enacted an emergency order to expand child care access for critical personnel during the state of emergency. This will help ensure that child care services are available for providers of health care, emergency medical services, and law enforcement personnel while schools are closed to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The CDC and the State is encouraging everyone to practice social distancing of less than 50 people. Stay safe and take care of yourself. We will continue to provide updates. If you have any questions, you can post them with #AskMDGODHH. We will gather your questions and try our best to answer them in upcoming videos. Stay safe.”

The screen fades to white and a yellow line appears from the right with black text that says “MARYLAND GOVERNOR’S OFFICE OF THE DEAF & HARD OF HEARING.” On the right of the yellow line is the Maryland logo, which appears to be yellow with black “checkers” on the top left, with a red block on the bottom and a small part on the right. In the middle, there is a white cross that are in small t’s at the end. Below that is “CHANGING MARYLAND FOR THE BETTER.”
