Welcome to another video from Zesty Foods, Today’s video is: Minimalist Black pepper fried Okra (Bhindi) Also known as Lady Finger in some countries.
It is very simple recipe with minimal ingredients. Just Salt, Black Peppers and Cooking oil. And off course Bhindi.
After prep, start with heating up oil, once its ready add Okra and fry a bit. Add Salt and continue stirring on medium heat until all water is dried. Now add black pepper, mix well and quickly take off of the stove. Do not keep on heat after adding Black Pepper too long.
Garnish with some cilantro and serve. It is very tasty vegetarian dish. And very healthy also. I invite you to try it, I am sure you will love it.
