Welcome to my channel. I’ve been planning to do my room for years so I decided to do a makeover. I had the biggest plan but never got the opportunity to do it and finally I did it ! I don’t insert a proper shopping clip because at first, I wasn’t even planning to film it. While I’m starting doing my room, I decided to make a video so I can share it with the viewers. My video lack in every way because I did my room while filming it at the same time by myself. I’m pretty proud with this big achievement. I also surprised my sister with the extreme transformation and she is completely shocked which make me really proud. I hope you enjoy it. Dan John has spent his life with one foot in the world of lifting and throwing, and the other foot in academia. An All-American discus thrower, Dan has also competed at the highest levels of Olympic lifting, Highland Games and the Weight Pentathlon, an event in which he holds the American record.

Dan spends his work life blending weekly strength training workshops and lectures with full-time writing, and is also an online religious studies instructor for Columbia College of Missouri. As a Fulbright Scholar, he toured the Middle East exploring the foundations of religious education systems. Dan is also a Senior Lecturer for St Mary’s University, Twickenham, London.

His books, on weightlifting, include Intervention, Never Let Go, Mass Made Simple and Easy Strength, written with Pavel Tsatsouline as well as From Dad, To Grad. He and Josh Hillis co-authored “Fat Loss Happens on Monday.”

Dan is one of the original practitioners of the “Kettlebell Swing” in the US and is widely renowned to be the inventor of the “Kettlebell Goblet Squat”. He is the host of the weekly Dan John Podcast; discussing all things strength, kettlebells, Olympic weightlifting and athletic performance as well as doing live workshops, coaching and online personal training.

Building A Healthy, Minimalist & Productive Morning Routine (with Minimalism & Simple Living)

Easy & Sustainable Holistic Habits To Have A More Mindful And Peaceful Morning.

As someone who didn’t used to enjoy the morning or recognise the importance this time of day had in deciphering the rest of my day, I’ve come to find much love for the morning time and recognise what a difference it has made to making me feel more calm and happier throughout the rest of the day.

In this video/vlog I wanted to share some little minimalist habits that have really helped me to feel calm and more mindful in the morning time that I hope could help you too. Wishing you a peaceful morning wherever you are!

BLUEBERRY SPELT PANCAKES

Makes approx 4 pancakes
-200ml Oat Milk
-175g Spelt Flour
-1Tsp Baking Powder
-1Tbsp Coconut Oil (melted)
-2Tbsp Maple Syrup
1Handful of Fresh Blueberries

Combine the flour, baking powder, coconut oil and oat milk into a bowl
Beat the mixture well with a whisk or spoon to get as much air in as possible until smooth
Add in the maple syrup and continue to whisk well until a thick and smooth batter forms
Pre-heat a pan on a medium heat and add a little coconut oil so the pancakes don’t stick to the bottom!
Add a serving/table spoon size of mixture into the pan and add a few blueberries to the mixture pressing them down gently into the batter
Cook on one side for approx 4-5 minutes until a spatular can easily get underneath and flip!
Serve with any fresh fruit, yogurt, maple syrup or any topping of choice and enjoy!
Can be frozen and saved for the next day if you pop them in the toaster for a minute or two 🙂
