In this video I show the many enjoyments that spark joy for me as an extreme minimalist. I keep a simple home and intentional mindset in order to fully experience my existence in the present moment.
I focus on being mindful instead of materialistic. Using all my senses as part of my human experience. I feel fulfilled this way, leading a slow living minimalist lifestyle. My many passions & pursuits give me an overall feeling of wellness. Many of the elements to my day that spark joy for me are also holistic, calming and wholesome. I enjoy both being a home body and venturing out. Which furthermore adds to an overarching sense of comfort and satisfaction. Mindfulness over consumerism or materialism, is at the forefront to a grounding feeling of contentment in my paradoxically EXTREME minimalist life, and yet slower paced way of living.
