tour today we are here in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu

to check this really elegant yet a property
that upholds minimalist as its design so

as you can see you have here your landscape
and your fence and your gate so the gate has

a wood planks design so you can see some parts
of the inside of the property or if you’re

you’re inside the property
you can see places outside

so this property is located in a cul-de-sac so
it’s like a curvaceous road right here so you have

really a wide area you have a wide space and you
know it’s pleasing to the eyes so let’s get inside

the first thing that you’ll notice is really the
greens around you the plants and the wide door

and even you have your white car park here though
only two or three cars can fit in this car park

so you have it sheltered so you have a roof
over your car park and that roof also serves

as your solar panels and will be
able to see those solar panels later

so right there those are your solar panels as
viewed from below so let’s take a tour around

the house first so you have these pathway
so you have stones here stepping stones

this part of the house is really spacious you know
you can have a lot of things or equipment added

in this part of the house you can have
tables you can have benches especially

that the swimming pool is over there
you can even add more plants if you like

this one is like a courtyard right there beautiful

you know there’s really a lot of space you

that you need uh the sofa and you know a table

and you also have your flash flat
screen tv just in front of you

so from this area you can see the pool more
and you know you can even hear the sound of

the water flowing and it adds
to that relaxation as well

right there that’s your pool so it’s not
that really a wide pool but it’s enough

it’s actually more than enough for
a family to you know enjoy the night

or even just play and have fun during the day

so let’s go to the kitchen

so everything is already placed in
the kitchen you have your refrigerator

you have your gas range and your range should
above as well you also have cabinets around

you have cabinets below the countertop
you have also overhead cabinets

and you have this microwave
oven also included already

so that’s the access going to the
back of the house and you have your

powder room over there as well you can have
this place as a dining area for the whole family

it’s really a very well designed table it’s
very intricate and you have your mirror as well

so this one is actually a guest room so it’s still
not that clean so let’s just make it fast a bit

so i think it’s time to go to the second floor

so this is the whole view of the ground floor
over here you can actually see it from this area

so you have this glass panel over
here and you know the windows really

let light get inside so before that this is your
roof a while ago the one with the solar panels

yeah so i was speaking really the light the design
natural light illuminates the whole second floor

right there so all the light
really gets inside here

and it’s really a nice feeling to
just see the natural light around you

so you actually have a still a space for your
family area for the second person this is the

first room that we’ll be seeing really
a nice door it’s really well designed

so this is a standard room it all it already
has its own split type and air conditioning unit

though it’s a standard size so you
can still fit a queen-sized bed here

so this is your toilet and bath for this room
you have a very wide toilet and bath it’s elegant

simple yet it’s really elegant

you have it you have a very beautiful toilet and
bath with a scholar and you have the cabinets here

and your faucet it’s really
elegant your toilet and your

shower

so let’s go to the next room
which is here so this room has an

access to your balcony have that split type
air conditioning unit and your cabinets

so it also has its own toilet and
bath so the door for the toilet

and bath is actually sliding to save some space

this one is your toilet and bath for this room

so you have your shower here

i think we can pass here so
this is your view actually so

it’s really a very beautiful view
you can even see the pool from above

and you can see the places around you can even
see that those buildings there and there’s this

house and just really a very beautiful view it’s
not really interrupting your your view at all so

you have the greens the plants the trees and
there is this fresh air around you as well

so this one is actually an access going to the
next room so we just we just have to pass here

there so this is the next room

it’s really a wide room

you have a lot of space inside this room so you
can have a place here for your flat screen tv

and this window really gives that natural
light to you know just illuminate the place

so you have your cabinets here

and your toilet and bath

you have your faucet here

you know you can really see that the equipment
used for the toilet and bath and all other parts

of the house it’s really a you know state
of the art or i should say quality equipment

so there’s no need to worry about its durability
because i assure you that these things used inside

the property is really of good or really high
quality so yeah let’s just appreciate the place

uh good thing about this property is that you are
just in la pullapu city so it’s just really around

major establishments so you have malls near
this place you have schools both private and

public schools you have churches around you have a
lot of scenic view around you so you have shrines

the Mactan shrine and you have an access going
to Mandaue City and Cebu City which would also

be better in a few years or in a few months as
the Cordova Cebu City link or the CCLEX will

soon open so traveling from Cordova or the
island of Mactan to Cebu City would be very

much easier or more convenient for everyone
