Don’t judge a sourdough loaf by its appearance!
This was possibly one of the UGLIST sourdough loaves I have ever made.
What went wrong with my sourdough:
1) The lid came off in the oven
2) The score wasn’t deep enough (this was the main one I think)
But guess what it may not have been and aesthetically pleasing loaf of sourdough, but it was still delicious! We aren’t letting that food go to waste in this house.
