Sweetened with potato starch and stevia powder, they’re free from milk and sugar.
Perfect for those on a diet looking for a guilt-free treat.
1.Pour 2 cups of almond milk into a bowl and add 3-4 spoons of stevia.
(Use 4 spoons for extra sweetness if desired).
2.Mix 1 spoon of chilled almond milk with 2 spoons of potato starch until well combined,
then add to the bowl and stir.
3.Microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds twice.
(To prevent boiling over, divide into two intervals).
4..Stir well until it reaches a condensed syrup-like consistency.
5.Add 4-5 spoons of cocoa powder and mix until smooth. Store in the freezer for 1 hour.
6.Sprinkle cocoa powder on a plate, then shape the chocolate mixture into desired shapes
and roll them on the plate.
