Ingredients:
🥣 Mac Sauce:
-1 tbsp (15g) dill pickles (finely diced)
-3 tbsp (44g) light mayo
-3 tbsp (44g) low-sugar ketchup (or no sugar for keto)
-1 tsp yellow mustard
-1 tsp pickle juice
-15g sweet onion (finely diced)
-2 tsp Worcestershire sauce (or apple cider vinegar for keto/vegan)
🌯 Cheeseburger Wraps:
-453g ground beef (95/5)
-Salt & pepper
-6 slices low-fat cheese
-1 cup shredded lettuce
-3 low-carb tortillas
-90g Mac Sauce (2 tbsp per wrap) 🤤
Instructions:
🥣 Make Mac Sauce: Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
🔥 Cook Patties: Divide beef, form patties, season, cook in skillet until done.
🌯 Assemble: Layer cheese, Mac Sauce, lettuce, patty on tortilla. Fold.
🔥 Grill: Cook in skillet until browned & cheese is melted.
Tips:
-Lettuce softens when grilled (but we prefer it melted into the cheese!). Add after grilling if you prefer it crisp. 🥬
