Today, join me as I clean the lower part of our home. As we clean, let’s chat about 5 simple ways you can start minimalism today.
It was my nephews birthday and his favourite food is escargot. We will be going on a family dinner to celebrate his birthday and I will treat him for escargot as my birthday gift. As a minimalist, I prefer to gift time and experiences.
I will also show how we start embracing an environmentally conscious lifestyle, keeping in mind all the victims of the wildfires.

Today, I want to introduce you to gang doenjang (강된장). This is doenjang reduction that has been boiled away into curry-like texture. You can scoop it onto vegetables and use it as a dip!
