٦٠٠ غرام باذنجان
١٥٠ غرام بصل
٣٠٠ مل من مرق الدجاج
١/٢ ملعقة صغيرة من مسحوق الثوم
يعتمد ضبط الملح على ملوحة مرق الدجاج
فلفل أسود (اختياري)

زيت للقلي
الطبخ لمدة ٤٠ دقيقة

Ingredients:
600 grams eggplant
150 grams onion
300 ml chicken stock
1/2 tsp garlic powder
salt to adjust depends on the saltiness of chicken stock
black pepper (optional)

oil for frying
simmer for 40 minutes
