Recipe for Orange Cookies and Peanut Butter Orange cookies

中式绿豆饼 | Chinese Mung Bean Cake

【饼皮】/ Dough
中筋面粉：200克 / all-purpose flour 200g
白砂糖：40克 / sugar 40g
橄榄油：45克 / olive oil 45g
清水：85毫升 / drinking water 85ml

【油酥】/ Pastry
中筋面粉：100克 / all-purpose flour 100g
橄榄油：50克 / olive oil 50g

【绿豆打碎并混合白砂糖50克】
Blend mung beans and sugar 50g

【放入预热的烤箱】/ Bake
375 °F/190 °C 先烤5分钟，325 °F/165 °C再烤15分钟
375 °F/190 °C bake for 5 minutes first，
And then reduce the temperature to 325 °F/165 °C bake for additional 15 minutes
