Ugly and delicious chicken recipe is the best way to describe this French onion chicken dish. This recipe is easy to make and takes less than an hour with some downtime. Best of all, it’s cheap and, of course, tastes incredible.
It is so delicious that I cook twice in the week. My family loves this recipe.

Ingredients –
1 Tbsp (20g) – Unsalted Butter
4 – Large (Yellow) Onions, Thinly Sliced
3 garlic cloves
1 Cup (100ml) – chicken Stock )
Thyme
3 tsp – Balsamic Vinegar
3 tsp – Worcestershire Sauce
3 – Garlic Cloves, Grated
Chicken & Seasoning & Cheese –
3 tsp (15ml) – Olive Oil
1 – Chicken Breast, Butterflied cut to half
1 tsp – Onion Powder
1 tsp – Garlic Powder
1 tsp – Smoked Paprika
black pepper
salt To Taste
Gruyere Cheese, Grated
Parmesan Cheese, Grated
Thyme
mush room (Optional) –
