Ingredients:

🥣 Mac Sauce:
-1 tbsp (15g) dill pickles (finely diced)
-3 tbsp (44g) light mayo
-3 tbsp (44g) low-sugar ketchup (or no sugar for keto)
-1 tsp yellow mustard
-1 tsp pickle juice
-15g sweet onion (finely diced)
-2 tsp Worcestershire sauce (or apple cider vinegar for keto/vegan)

🌯 Cheeseburger Wraps:
-453g ground beef (95/5)
-Salt & pepper
-6 slices low-fat cheese
-1 cup shredded lettuce
-3 low-carb tortillas
-90g Mac Sauce (2 tbsp per wrap) 🤤

Instructions:
🥣 Make Mac Sauce: Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
🔥 Cook Patties: Divide beef, form patties, season, cook in skillet until done.
🌯 Assemble: Layer cheese, Mac Sauce, lettuce, patty on tortilla. Fold.
🔥 Grill: Cook in skillet until browned & cheese is melted.

Tips:
-Lettuce softens when grilled (but we prefer it melted into the cheese!). Add after grilling if you prefer it crisp. 🥬
-Gluten-free: Use gluten-free wraps or lettuce leaves.
-Vegan: Use plant-based beef, vegan mayo & cheese, and check Worcestershire sauce. 🌱

Only 5-ingredients Ugly Delicious Mochi😊 No-Sugar No-flour No-Milk Dairy-Free Diet

This is a diet mochi made simply in the microwave without flour, sugar, or dairy. It might not look the best, but it’s delicious. Chewy and bouncy, anyone can easily make it with just a microwave. 🙂

I used a bit of coffee powder to give the sugar-free syrup a delicious brown color. You can also use tea water or cinnamon water instead of coffee if you prefer.

Sunny Cooks prefers the simplest and easiest ways to make delicious snacks with minimal ingredients.

If you want to make the mochi look prettier, you can firm it up by placing it in an ice cube tray or a beautifully shaped mold, or even shape it with cling wrap.
